Welcome to my culinary world, where a lifelong passion for cooking, cultivated in the heart of Greece during my early childhood, has blossomed into a rich tapestry of experiences across the culinary landscapes of Athens, Cyprus, and Amsterdam.
In my formative years working with multiple cultures, countries, flavours from around the world and extremely amazing people next to me, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table, my culinary journey has been a flavourful odyssey. Today, with a proud 12-year track record as a chef at top-rated restaurants and hotels, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
My culinary prowess extends beyond traditional kitchens, specializing in curating memorable experiences for events of all scales. Whether orchestrating the culinary symphony for birthday parties, baby showers, luxury weddings, corporate gatherings, or galas, I am committed to elevating each occasion with a symphony of flavors.

In 2011, my culinary journey led me to the vibrant city of Athens, where I honed my skills in a renowned restaurant. By 2013, I found myself donning the chef's hat, orchestrating exquisite dining experiences for military generals and high-profile VIPs in Cyprus.
The year 2015 marked a new chapter in Amsterdam, where I contributed my expertise to well-known restaurants and luxurious 5-star hotels. It was a period of exploration, pushing culinary boundaries and embracing the diversity of Amsterdam's dynamic food scene.
Venturing into the international arena, 2018 and 2019 saw me proudly representing the Netherlands in prestigious cooking competitions. The European finals in Zurich and the captivating setting of Palma de Mallorca provided platforms for showcasing my culinary artistry on a grand scale.
