I am passionate about sustainable cooking and creating a uniquely beautiful experience for each person who tastes my food.
I am a professional chef working in a five star hotel as well as being the sous-chef for a plant based fine dining restaurant for 2 years. I have experience in menu design and also am the founder of my own food collective in Amsterdam where we host atmospheric dinners and catering. I am creative, efficient and professional and want to use my food to tell a story and cultivate community around the table.
