Get to know me better

I have been cooking professionally for over 3 years and I worked as chef in a 1 and 2 Michelin stars restaurant in Ireland.

I have been cooking professionally for over 3 years and I am currently working as chef in a 2 Michelin star restaurant (Dede Restaurant), in Ireland until the end of 2024. My personal focus is Anatolian and Mesopotamian cuisine but I am passionate to other food cuisine as well. Before starting at Dede Restaurant I was a private chef over 2 years.

I want to develop my experience as a chef and to learn from experienced chefs and to focus on a Green Michelin star and in the future to offer a distinctive culinary experience.

I am passionate about community involvement, human rights, environmentalism and adapting the dishes from my Anatolian cuisine for Western tastes.
