I am a passioned home cook, I studied years in Italy from every possible starred chef, took multiple masterclasses including Massimo Bottura, Luciano Monosilio and Moreno Cedroni.

I love to cook fine dining as well as traditional recipes and I can teach also how to make your pasta perfect.
