12+ years ago I started my culinary trip as a proffessional Chef. I have worked and trained in top class restaurants and hotels like: De jonge Dikkert (michelin bib gourmand) , Funky gourmet ( 2 michelin star ) ,Vork en Mes with Jonathan Karpathios and at W hotel in Amsterdam. I am researching and developing recipes for my dishes with a strong thinking of food waste and artisan cookery.
