I am a professional chef with 5 years of experience between Italy and England.

Here I learned to work with real Chefs, to be precise, fast and ensure the best possible food by local standards. Passionate about modern cuisine following the new styles that are now the masters, but without neglecting my origins, I propose a cuisine full of new tastes that for one evening will make you feel like in the best restaurant in your city. Passionate sommelier, I also propose various food-wine combinations if desired.

La mia richiesta era un po' particolare, volevo una cena di degustazione street food e non sapevo proprio cosa aspettarmi. Edoardo, del quale ho apprezzato tantissimo l'entusiasmo verso la richiesta, ha fatto proprio centro! Creando un menù originale, con abbinamenti ricercati e azzeccatissimi. Sia lui che la sua aiutante sono stati veramente disponibili, gentilissimi, simpatici e di compagnia. Esperienza promossa in pieno.

È stata una bellissima esperienza, avere uno chef a casa è un qualcosa che la gente sottovaluta, è come essere al ristorante ma con più intimità. Soprattutto in questo periodo, lo consiglio a tutti. Complimenti davvero a Edoardo, sei stato fantastico !

Chef Edoardo é stato impeccabile! Oltre a puntualità e professionalità ci mette passione e cuore nei piatti che crea. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, é stata una cena memorabile e ci ha regalato una fantastica esperienza! È stato piacevole inoltre poter fare 4 chiacchiere con lui e farsi raccontare le sue esperienze! Affabile, educato e super preciso!

Servizio di alto livello, con l'energia e la "freschezza" di un ragazzo giovane ma con tanta tanta passione, buona esperienza maturata anche all'estero e un certa dose di umiltà che ti mette subito a tuo agio e ti fa gustare appieno la serata. Attenzione agli ingredienti e ricerca nell'accostare i gusti. Grazie ad Edoardo e al suo "staff".

Ho organizzato una cena a sorpresa per il compleanno del mio compagno, tutto davvero professionale, dalla qualità , alla scelta del menù, sono rimasta stupita dai nuovi sapori proposti. Edoardo e la sua compagna hanno saputo trasmetterci la passione, valore che abbiamo ritrovato in ogni piatto e nel servizio. Sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa anche dalla preparazione e dal grande spirito di adattamento di questi professionisti. Abbiamo passato una serata alternativa, divertente, coinvolgente e di qualità...super consigliato!! Da rifare!
