Personal Chef In EedeAbout 23 years ago I took a trip to the Alsace, in France. Went to a festival, had some beautiful food and met a Michelin Star chef who gave me opportunity to stage in his kitchen in Colmar. I left there enroled in Le Cordon Bleu, I spent the next six years working in some of the top locations in the world. Two Michelin Star restaurants later I changed course, I later moved into Healthy Meal Prep, after gaining a degree in nutrition. My client base became, world renouned musicians, high profile clients with unique dietary needs, ie Low Fodmaps, Celiac disease and world class athletes. I ended up building a large base of both everyday clients and professional athletes. I can design and customise a diet for yourself/ Group or event. Or make prepare something special and intimate.
