I'm a professional chef with a career of more than 18 years. I joined a Rustic Italian restaurant's kitchen team, where I learned my basics and loved cooking. Fast forward to today I have worked in Athens and Amsterdam in a variety of kitchens but also as a freelance caterer. Started from Greek and Italian cuisine recipes and technics, I became familiar with international cuisine and current trends in Amsterdam the last 14 years. Local grown and seasonal ingredients are not a menu concept, for me, but a necessity to cook food we love, food we need, with respect to local community. A strong focus on quality, hygiene and top end results are my drives.
