I'm a professional chef with 13 years of experience. I studied in the culinary school of my city with just 17 years , after that I started to work there in a beach clubs, hotels, and luxury restaurants. I'm from south Spain, I use to made big and delicious dishes, my paella is just amazing , I can made it in a lot of ways but my special one is the mix paella (chicken and seafood ) , but you also should try my lobster paella ! A lot of different pork dishes and Spanish specialities, you are gonna feel like you are in the south in Spain when you arrive to the table !!! I'm also very good with Italian food knowing that cousine very good , and also adaptable to all kind of menu!

I learn from my grandma , she was an exceptional chef , also in the culinary school, and off course a little bit at every place where I worked.

A cooking secret...

My secret is combine old school dishes with a modern touch, mixing what I learn from my ancestors and what I get in my career.

He was amazing!

Such an incredible experience-- I'm recommending Cristian to all of my friends already! We had him make my birthday dinner for me and my husband so that we wouldn't have to worry about a babysitter for our little ones, and we were blown away by how great the experience way. Cristian is so kind and has the best energy. All of the food was so delicious-- especially the bao buns and his famous paella. The portions were so generous and he left us with not only a clean kitchen, but a fridge full of leftovers. A dream! 10/10!

Cristian is very easy to connect with, accommodating and punctual. Food was delicious, served well but beyond that, he made big portions that was more than enough so we honestly continued eating the next day:)) he had brought everything he needed so we didn’t have to worry at all and he left our kitchen perfectly clean. Needless to say we enjoyed having him as a chef!
