After working untill 2016 in my own restaurant, I sold the restaurant and started to focus on sustainability. I followed my heart and passion. Together with my Italian friend I supported him on his estate, monaci delle terre nere in Sicily. I had the op to work with Massimo Mantaro (2 star chef in Sicily). Recently i past my exams to be an Vegan Chef.
