I have been cooking traditional southern Italian food my whole life as a hobby, for work and out of passion.
I m Italian, actually I am Napolitan. This means a lot more than being only Italian. The tradition of the land from where I come from shaped the way we eat and merged into our typical dish a bit of the Southern European countries.
Simple ingredients, singole cooking but according to precise rules, timing. All coming from experience that I would love to share.
