After finishing my culinary training at the Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town back in 2019, I took off on a bit of a an adventure across Southeast Asia. I wanted to get hands-on with all the spices, ingredients, and street-food secrets that you just can’t find in cookbooks.

Somewhere along the way, I discovered the art of mixology and bartending – and I ended up diving deep into mixology and the art of cocktail shaking. I ended up prolonging my time in South East Asia, completing a diploma at the European Bartender School in Phuket, Thailand. This was where I learned everything from classic cocktails to show-stopping techniques and some flair tending techniques.

Today, I’m all about creating unforgettable culinary experiences, and all inclusive events. Whether it’s in the kitchen or behind the bar. From crafting unique dishes to shaking up cocktails that set the vibe, I’m here to bring a bit of that Southeast Asian adventure and mixology flair to your table.
