I am a fine dining Chef with 15 years of experience, passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences. My cooking blends refined techniques with heartfelt inspiration, drawing from the flavors my grandmother used to prepare for me, elevated with a modern fine dining twist.
I find deep fulfillment in my work, as cooking allows me to create instant connections with guests, seeing the joy on their faces with every dish I serve.
I’m currently leaving my position as Executive Chef at Restaurant Vyr in Hilversum, where I led the kitchen with creativity and precision. Prior to that, in 2022, I served as Executive Sous Chef at Ristorante Cielo, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ostuni, contributing to its excellence and innovative approach to fine dining.
