I'm a professional young chef full of life in the kitchen. I love to cook fusion dishes, to outrageously flavourful asian dishes, to simple hearthy Italian dishes, to South American comfort food until the food of my heart and home which is the most amazingly down to earth portuguese food.
I'm also a vegetarian and mushroom expert.
