I am a professional chef with a 9-year track record, graduated from the hotel-management school in Vico Equense and trained in various restaurants in Italy and around the world, an expert in Mediterranean cuisine in primis, but also Asian and kosher; I love experimenting and managing to create balances even with contrasting flavours.
