I am a professional chef from Greece with Afro/Arab background. Working since 2014 in the restaurant industry and with participations also in non profitable events by hosting cooking classes in the Museum of Greek gastronomy in Athens. I have worked and studied among culinary legends of Greece with that giving me the opportunity of exploring the true secrets and wonders of Mediterranean cuisine so I could be able to incorporate them into the Arabic cuisine I grew up with.
