A practical and passionate Chef. I look for perfection in every dishes to bringing guests with unique and hearty cuisine.

A professional chef with brings over 35 years experience in the culinary world. Studied at the School of Hospitality (ITM) graduated with Diploma in Chef Training. Went to Carlifornia, United State of America to pursue Associate Degree in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America. Then he move aparts to capital of France to work and obtained a Ritz Escoffier Diploma from the Hotel Ritz Paris. Impressive journey of skill and expertise for with renowned 5-Star International chain hotels across different countries before get recognition to served as Personal Chef to Royal Family of Brunei for a two and half decade. During his tenure many years back abroad, he mastered the art of gastronomy, blending global culinary trends with his own unique touch. His dedication and passion for the craft are evident in every dish he creates. Currently, returned home to Malaysia marks an exciting chapter as an Freelance Chef since retire from a long journey career with assinged managerial post as Executive Chef, promising an elevated culinary world for guests. His innovative approach and commitment to excellence will undoutedly redefine the dining experience at this prestigious establishment. Prepare to embark on a culinary adventure like no other under the guidance. Serve as Consultant Chef for several school of culinary, restaurant and catering companies in Kuala Lumpur.
