I am a passionate chef with a deep-rooted love for culinary arts, having honed my skills at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus in Malaysia. My journey has taken me from the bustling kitchens of the Shangri-La to the high seas aboard Phoenix Reisen, a German-based world cruise ship, where I immersed myself in diverse cuisines and cooking techniques from around the globe. Eventually, I found my way back home to Melaka, where I opened my own Texas smokehouse, bringing the authentic flavors of smoked meats and BBQ to life.

I specialize in both Western and local cuisine, with a particular flair for steaks, BBQ, and smoked dishes. My food philosophy revolves around creating handcrafted meals that are not only delicious but also an experience to remember. I believe that food culture is an integral part of our lives and should be explored and appreciated, which is why sustainability is at the heart of my cooking. I practice a farm-to-table approach, growing many of the vegetables I use myself, and incorporating fresh, locally-sourced ingredients into every dish.

My menus are a reflection of my travels around the world, combining modern plating techniques with a twist of local flavors to create unique culinary experiences. From private dining and cooking classes to meal prep and catering, I offer a range of services tailored to suit every client’s needs.
