Specializing in Italian inspired cuisine, driven by quality and local produces, exceptional dining experiences.
Hailing from my background in culinary arts and Italian cuisine, i seek to continuously share my love for Italian food and culture. Throughout these 10 years of experiences, I introduce a ‘new style’ of Italian food - one that is disparate from the conventional and familiarity of the cuisine, and that is simplicity. My inspiration comes from very regional Italian cooking, mainly from the Northern region of Italy called ‘Piemonte’ all the way to Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, & Tuscany regions, while incorporating the fresh local produce in its best way possible.
