Since 2017, I have been engaged in the culinary industry, gaining valuable experience and expertise that have shaped my culinary journey through various positions. For the past 6 years, my latest roles include R&D Business Consultant, Chef de Partie, Kitchen Manager, and many more. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Culinary Arts Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA Puncak Alam, Selangor. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience gained through professional roles and projects, has equipped me with a solid foundation in culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
