Chef Barathi Barath

I'm a pastry chef with 3 years experience in the pastry kitchen. I have a diploma in baking science and technology from mib college, and also while studied there i do part time as a student helper who lead a group of people to learn their courses in pastry. After that i do my internship in central kitchen to adapt a fast paced environment and also learn a lot of things after that i finally join a Portuguese cafe as a part time then learn to do Portuguese egg tart then finally found a food service kitchen works there for few months to learn about how to do big production.
