Chef Ashwin is an absolute legend! His food was fantastic, he worked with my Airbnb host to ensure that everything was sorted when we arrived and was very engaging. I had written a brief of what I wanted and Ashwin had clearly read and understood that, and tailored the experience so that I was exactly what we wanted. 10/10.
