I am a professional Japanese chef currently in charge of Tennyo Restaurant at Hotel Casa Colonial in Tulum. My style is Asian cuisine at a Western style.
My expertise is on Japanese dishes like raw food (like sushi) as well as hot (for example, curry). However I have also experience on fusion cuisine, and if requested I can cook vegetarian and vegan cuisine too.
Before coming to Tulum, I was head chef of a Japanese restaurant at a 4-star hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam for 4 years. I have traveled to many countries in Asia and For some XXX years I used to work in a restaurant in Tokyo, Japan.
I love to cook healthy food and being creative when someone orders a special request. I also love to cook beautiful and organic food.
I can design and cook a menu considering you, your family and friends’ taste and likes. And I can give cooking lessons too for all your familia and friends members! And for kids I can design special cooking classes and food. Fun at lunch or dinner time for them!!
