Born in Veracruz, Mexico, I decided to start culinary arts school at the Swiss Institute at the age of 23 after working in a French-Italian restaurant in downtown Toronto, Canada. I had the opportunity to learn new techniques and cooking methods. I have always felt surprised and captivated by the versatility and inclusivity food can bring with colors, textures, flavors, aromas, emotions & traditions. These aspects around cooking inspired me to make a lifestyle out of it.
I moved to Cabo 11 years ago and started working for small events and catering companies, learning from different great chefs. Three years ago, I decided to start my own company, Chef Cabo. I’m grateful to be part of a passionate team and part of this community. Our cuisine is inspired by fresh produce and seafood of local Baja incorporating a traditional Mexican touch. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a fine catering & private chef company providing luxury services in Los Cabos and committed to exceed your expectations by creating a memorable dining experience.
