I'm Valeria Parra, I have Lic. In Gastronomy, I trying to put all my heart in my cusine
I consider myself a professional in the kitchen, I have experience in catering, vegan, Mexican and Asian food restaurants, I have a degree in Gastronomy graduated from the UTM since 2019.
I have had a gastronomic experience since the beginning of my career, I had the opportunity to visit France in 2016, I took some time to learn some dishes and mainly desserts.
