I am a chef, certified sommelier, and bar director with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I earned my Bachelors degree at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York. Throughout my many years in the industry, i have worn many hats, making me a well-rounded hospitality professional. I have had the opportunity to cook, study wine, and refine my craft of mixing distillates all over the world. I have spent time famous restaurants in New York and Colorado, in humble towns in Latin America, and luxury super yachts that have sailed through the world. I am confident in my ability to provide a one of a kind, sensual, and memorable culinary experience for my guests.
