Passionate about cooking, I like to offer new experiences to my clients through new flavors and textures
I am a professional chef for 22 years, I am dedicated to provide private chef service to individuals and tourists. In Puebla, my hometown, I started my first Italian restaurant "Le due Torri" in 2000, after living in Italy for a year, where I discovered my passion for cooking. In 2006, I opened "Paradorum Bistro", in 2007 "Atomic bar" and in 2008 I opened "Vinilo Bar". In 2009 I moved to Playa del Carmen, where I collaborated with excellent Chefs such as Christian Testa (Best Chef America) and Raul Vaquerizo (Michelin Star). In the last 9 years I spent a lot of time traveling (Morocco, Tunisia, Italy, Spain, Asia) and learning about new cultures and flavors, which is undoubtedly reflected in the way I cook today. I am always proud of the excellent Mexican food and tacos.
