Pioneers in a new concept of service in Puerto Vallarta, for 5 years we have been focused on pleasing the most exclusive clients from different parts
Chef Ramiro Castañeda, VALLARTA PRIVATE CHEFS has worked as a chef with different cuisines in highly rated restaurants for the last 15 years.
More recently he decided to test his cooking onboard super yachts. He is a master in desserts & pastries and is very dedicated to his cooking & health.
He enjoys getting creative with his courses & ideas while plating each course perfectly. His passion is to spoil guests and their palates with a variety of different new flavors.
Chef Ramiro wishes to provide a great food experience for each guest & crew member onboard. He also ensures, as a companion, that a little joy is brought to each individual.

I have been cooking since I was 15, with great chefs and in high-class places. I am currently a chef on a yacht in the Caribbean.
