I consider myself a culinary curator, because just like a art curator I love to research recipes, look for new flavors, build a menu that balances flavors, texture and looks to put together a great meal so people enjoy what they eat just like it was a piece of art.
I am mexican and love Mexico its culture, traditions and gastronomy I love to cook mexican food so most of my menu proposasal are base in mexican dishes and ingredients.
