Our culinary experiences are a mix of worlwide flavors and textures, mixing mexican, asian and european flavors with a precise french technique.
Worked for over 15 years in professional kitchens and Michelin star restaurants, graduated with honors at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan,NYC, our passion for the search of new flavors and new techniques is what drives our passion for cooking, exploring new ways to entertain our guests and take our palates to the next level.
