Chef Lisandro was excellent and very engaging. He communicated throughout the entire process, from initial engagement to the last course. We worked together on menu planning and there were also some nice surprises, like the wine choices. Our family had a fantastic evening and would definitely recommend the experience!

Chef Lisandro was a great teacher and spoke about each ingredient with in-depth knowledge. Would love to cook beside him again and learn more about the Mexican cuisine. Wishing him safe travels in Japan!
