Sourcing local, fresh and organic food is the best way to capture the real essence of the product
I have over 20 years of hands-on kitchen experience, and a wide range of expertise in elite level cooking. F&B Director and Executive Chef for international restaurant labels, are just a few of my many accomplishments as a professional chef. But, I have dedicated the last 5 years to providing delicious and personalized meals for private clients in our luxury gated communities here in Los Cabos.
My style of food is classic, organic, Mexican, international, and delicious! It's really about marrying traditional recipes and practices with modern flavors and profiles. I also have a passion for fresh ingredients, and my wife and I grow our own organic vegetables at home.
