I have being envolved with cooking since my childhood. My mother and grandmother were passionate about food. I studied in Barcelona and worked in restaurants with Michelin stars like Lasarte and Lodi by Martin Berasategui.
I worked for more than a year cooking for the main characters of the arts, politics and intellectuals as a chef for a Mexican TV show.
I have being invited for the Mexican embassy in Brasil to cook for the anual found raising dinner with the main entrepreneurs of Brasil.
I have being the personal Chef in special events for Laura Esquivel (Like water for chocolate) for years.
And I move to Sayulita 8 years ago to enjoy the peace and the lovely people who visit us every year.
I love to cook for small groups in special moments to make unforgettable experiences.
