Private Chef In San José Del CaboI’m a Mexican chef born in Ensenada Baja California, i begin my culinary training in the Swiss Institute of culinary art’s in Puebla city in 2005, with more than 17 years of experience he had experiment with different cooking styles and techniques including Mediterranean cuisine, Oriental, Mexican and original creations of my own. My cooking is the result of trips trough Spain, France,Italy and Western Europe. My kitchen is the result of mixing all of this with touches of regional Mexican cuisine from cities like Ensenada, Tabasco, Puebla, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Tamaulipas, Monterrey y CDMX.
