Hi! my name is Jo. Originally from Chile, but also New Zealand and Mexican resident, I currently live in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. For the past five years I've worked as a superyacht and personal chef. Cooking for people from all over the world, sometimes in very remote locations with very limited produce, has translated in ample knowledge and extremely practical and adaptable skills. My food style mixes Mediterranean (French, Italian, Greek) with Asian and Latin American influences - super fresh, healthy, full of color and flavor. I build long-lasting relationships with my clients, with utmost attention and dedication to creating unique experiences using local foods and ingredients. Excellent references!
