Chef Jose was such a delight to work with. He was very communicative and flexible in working with us to develop a custom menu that worked for a group with several different dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious, but the highlight was definitely the mole made from scratch. We will be talking about that mole for years to come! He also made us amazing chilaquiles and ceviche and so much more! Chef Jose was also so friendly and accommodating and he was such a joy.
