Hi, my name is Jorge Criado and I bring delicious brunch and dinner experiences to your home. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just want to pamper your senses, I will tailor the right menu just for you.
I specialize in modern brunch dishes and course dinner menus paired with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for groups of 5 to 14. Don't hesitate to contact me to book your experience and let me take care of the rest.

Jorge's life has always been surrounded by some form of food culture and it wasn’t until 2013 that he started his professional career in gastronomy. He was born and grew up in Cancún City, and he enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico to become a Chef. Since then he has continued his studies at the Hofmann School of Hospitality in Barcelona, Spain and has been working in various fine dining and Michelin star restaurants in Spain, Slovenia and Mexico. He has also cooked as sous-chef at the Master Chef TV show and he run his own food projects such as a food truck and a catering business. His cooking is most influenced by Mexican, French and as of recently also Slovenian cuisine. He likes to cook with fresh local ingredients and give traditional recipes his own modern twist.
Now I have moved back home and decided to move to Mexico and share my vision to create new dining experiences for you.
