Our chef Jjonni was truly amazing. He prepared fresh tuna carpaccio served with garnishes that were 12/10 then we moved to the fresh and baked oysters that were beyond fresh! After we had the catch of the day made in a pesto sauce and rissotto topped with gold flakes, then for dessert an amazing crème bruelle. Jonni was timely friendly and knew what he was doing. My partner and I were extremely impressed with his service and will be using him every single time we come to PV. Highly recommend.
