Every day I learn different technics, and my goal is to transcend into a better version of me in my culinary profession.
I have been a private chef for the past two years, everyday evolving on giving the best dining experiences towards my guests, by organizing the time for prepping the dishes, staying on schedule and giving a personal service that makes my clients satisfaction and joy.
The cuisine I work the most is Mexican but I also master grilling, baking (pizzas) and deserts as well.
