I am a restauranteur, a warm host but most importantly a passionate chef with more than 14 years of experience. I take pride in having worked up my way in some of the best Michelin level kitchens in the Napa Valley and Yountville area , working under world renowned chefs such as Celebrity Chef Michael Chiarello and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Eventually trying my hand at Mixology and creating my own bar menus . As well as dominating all other positions in the hospitality industry to assure a well rounded experience once I ventured into owning my own establishments. Eventually landing in beautiful Playa del Carmen where I had the pleasure of opening and operating a few passion projects. I now focus on bringing all my culinary knowledge to your vacation home to make lasting memories.

Guiseppe was amazing! He was very communicative about meals and food preferences. He made meals for 8 small children and 8 adults that everyone enjoyed! He was so nice to have around and the kids really enjoyed talking to him. We would definitely use him again!

OMG! The food and the service was amazing! Don’t let the chef calm demeanor fool you! He gets dooown in the kitchen. I booked this experience last minute because of cancelled plans to Tulum. It was my partners birthday and she wanted some tasty food. Chef did not disappoint. She loved every dish! The plating was picture perfect and the flavors me do the happy dance. If debating who to choose and this Chef is an option! Please do yourself and you taste buds a favor and book him! Thank you Chef you will be hearing from us again.

Chef Giuseppe exceeded all expectations. Our family of 14 could not have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing, the service was unparalleled, great communication, phenomenal at accommodating our detailed dietary requests. The food was served prompted, it was delicious, he served and did a lot of clean up, leaving the cooking and eating spaces spotless, the food costs were great, he was friendly, accommodating, personable, and he was just an all around professional. With a large family from 1 year old to 63, he served us lunch and dinner for three days, and we wish we asked for longer, and he met all our needs and exceeded expectation. Great value, great Chef, great all around human. I highly recommend Chef Giuseppe for your private chef needs. Thank you Giuseppe!

Excellent at communication and timing. Very friendly and provided us with information about things to do and places to go in the area. Food was plentiful and delicious. More than we could eat so we had leftovers the next day! Would highly recommend.

Chef Giuseppe was amazing. Such a great energy and personality. Dinner was absolutely delicious! We selected the gyoza and steak. I had dreams about the gyoza that night and the steak was prepared perfectly. This was my first time having homemade gnocchi and I need it prepared just like that every time!! From start to finish it was 10’s across the board!!

Chef Giuseppe was very easy to communicate with. His menu is extensive and very hard to pick which one to enjoy!! His mannerisms were polite and easy flow of explaining his dishes and conversation. This was an amazing experience! Our chef, Giuseppe, personalized the dishes we chose so that we could all eat them and they were unbelievably tasty. While he was cooking, he described everything he was doing so that we could learn the technique. He served us both courses of our meal and cleaned up afterwards. He then put any leftovers into the fridge for us to enjoy later. Giuseppe was well educated and could speak with us on various subjects making the experience quite lovely. We would definitely do this again.

Our chef was amazing and smoothly handled the temperamental cooktop nicely. He was very personal. Everything, including the sauces was prepared from scratch. He accommodated our one vegetarian nicely.

Chef Giuseppe was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner, and the careful consideration of our preferences an allergies. Chef Giuseppe was warm, friendly and had great conversation. Dinner was delicious and we appreciated the prep and clean up from Chef.
