Profesional and passionate chef with many years of experience in Puerto Vallarta and the world, i like to travel and taste every kind of food everywhere. Working two summers in Croatia i got a new international vision of culinary arts.
Chef profesional con mas de 10 años de experiencia dentro del sector turístico de Puerto Vallarta donde estudie en el Instituto Tecnológico Jose Mario Molina. Trabaje en hoteles y restaurantes de la región, y también pase dos veranos en Croacia, ampliando mi visión de una cocina internacional.
