Private Chef In Cabo San LucasBorn in a family of farmers in Gers, France, and with the passage of time, I realize I am fortunate I was born in the French countryside of the South West. On one hand, it is the most important region gastronomically, and on the other, to be part of a family of great cooks like my Mother and Grandmother.
In my youth, I spent a big part of my life in the kitchen. Learning the art of cooking from the ladies who were my source of inspiration.
From the early stages in the kitchen, the produce that was freshly harvested on our land has given me some very strong gastronomic roots that are very important to me to this day.
I always look for simplicity in my cooking. Creativity in the fusion of colors and flavors has to be done with finesse. Elegance is a necessity down to the last detail.
