Wow! What a truly amazing experience! Chef took my expectations and blew them away!

Food was delicious! Our chef was changed a couple of days before, but it still was a great experience. They cleaned up very well and packed up all the leftovers for us.

Great chef. He explained everything in detail and cooked to perfection. He made each dish exceptionally well and taste was amazing. I would recommend him for any occasion.

What a treat to experience a meal cooked by Chef Erik in our condo! The food was amazing - a truly impressive spread. When Erik left the kitchen was sparkling clean and we had leftovers stashed in the fridge. We highly recommend Chef Erik!

Chef Erik curated a beautiful menu that not only tasted fantastic but looked incredible. He was professional, warm and ensured we had a wonderful experience. Erik and Jerry made incredible meals, the presentation of it all was beautiful and the cocktails were delicious! They were very professional and discreet while prepping/cooking and engaging where needed. There was an accident on the highway on their way to our location but was in communication on the delay. We had a great experience with Chef Erik and his assistant, Jesus. The food was delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh, meat was cooked perfectly, and presentation was beautiful. We were able to relax in our vacation suite and enjoy apps, dinner, and drinks while they took care of everything. They cleaned up well and quickly. I would absolutely recommend Chef Erik to anyone.

Chef Erik and his team were absolutely perfect. We did not realize we would have a bartender to make us drinks while we enjoyed truly incredible food. Chef Erik takes the time to plate your meals as well as any Michelin star restaurant would. For a family of 10 adults + 5 children, we were completely relaxed and had the most amazing experience. Erik made it easy to discuss the menu via WhatsApp and coordinate his team’s arrival. THANK YOU, ERIK for making my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary so special.

I would highly recommend Chef Erik. He listened to our dietary restrictions and presented us with several menu options to choose from, all of which fit our needs. He was very responsive, and went above and beyond to be helpful. He even offered to do our grocery shopping outside of what was needed for the meal he was preparing, so that our rental unit would be stocked for our vacation. Our four course meal was served at the exact time we requested. The plating was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. He provided a detailed description of each dish, with some information on what went into each element. The clean up was fast, and he left our kitchen just as pristine as he found it. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience, and it was the perfect way for us to spend our first evening in Puerto Vallarta.

He was friendly, professional, talkative, provided creative menus, and was excited about his food and our preferences. The food was wonderful and everyone in our group of 5 loved the experience.
