I grew up in a house of chefs and we all worked in the industry. I’m a self taught vegan chef who had restaurants in Mexico and I also do consulting.

I started to cook at 9 because our family was always so busy. I love to cook and my first ingredient is always love. I specialize in breakfast, brunch or lunch. I’ve invented the world’s first cleanest and healthiest vegan egg on the market and I would love for you to experience this as well .
