I am a Mexican/Canadian professional Chef with 16 years of experience and a BA in Culinary Arts. I´ve worked at different luxury hotels and restaurants across Mexico, the United States, and Canada (where I spent most of my career). My last two roles were as an Executive Chef for resorts and other high profile clientele, which was definetely a tall order, but very satisfying. In my career I´ve traveled extensively and have cooked with Chefs from all over the world. This gave me a different appreciation, passion and knowledge which shaped me into the Chef that I am today. I consider myself well rounded in different cuisines and ingredients, and my ultimate goal is to bring more smiles and unique experiences one dish at a time.
