I am a Mexican/Canadian professional Chef with 16 years of experience and a BA in Culinary Arts. I´ve worked at different luxury hotels and restaurants across Mexico, the United States, and Canada (where I spent most of my career). My last two roles were as an Executive Chef for resorts and other high profile clientele, which was definetely a tall order, but very satisfying. In my career I´ve traveled extensively and have cooked with Chefs from all over the world. This gave me a different appreciation, passion and knowledge which shaped me into the Chef that I am today. I consider myself well rounded in different cuisines and ingredients, and my ultimate goal is to bring more smiles and unique experiences one dish at a time.

Absolutely remarkable! Edgar showed up to our Condo and delivered a 5-star Michelin experience! The tostada, watermelon salad, fish, and flan were superb.

We had the most incredible dining experience with Edgar and his team at our Villa. The communication leading up to it was great and he was able to accommodate our groups dietary requirements easily. If you come to Cabo, you must book chef Edgar for a meal! Chef Edgar made us a delicious and memorable meal on our first night in Mexico. He was punctual, friendly, respectful and all around just a fantastic addition to our evening. He made mouthwatering food including a tuna tostada, carnitas tacos and grilled fish tacos, and tres leches cake. He was kind enough to go the extra mile on clean up and left some left overs in our fridge that we can continue to enjoy throughout our weekend. Worth every penny! I would highly recommend this experience!

Do yourself a favor and book this experience now!! I had such a lovely and memorable time celebrating my 30th birthday in Cabo San Lucas. I thought a private dinner on the last day would be a nice way to end the trip. Needless to say, the chefs worked their magic and exceeded our expectations! I chose the Taste of Mexico menu and it did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, even our friend who doesn’t like raw fish completely finished the tuna tostada. I also loved how the chef introduced each dish and gave us some history behind it. I appreciate the effort, thought and care that went into making my birthday very special.
