Originally from Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Cradle of the best wine route in the country, rich in flora and fauna in the world.

Chef David Rivera Martinez, a young lover of good authentic and rural food from towns in general, with the intention of being a precursor in rescuing the roots of our region and the basic cuisine of the different indigenous ethnic groups that still reside in the State. Its grilled country cuisine reminds us of the beginnings of Baja Californian cuisine and its different cooking techniques, with sustainable elements and fire extracted from firewood endemic to Baja California.

This was the best decision we made! It was my birthday and we had gone out to an upscale restaurant the night before. The Chef experince tonight was far superior to the restaurant visit. And about 25% less money. The food was amazing, the Chefs professional and personable, no detail was left out. The Chef arrived, cooked, cleaned, visited with all of us, surprised us with a treat, served, cleaned and left promptly. The culinary team felt like old friends and we felt truly priviledged to have met this talented Chef. We chose the parrillada and the meat cuts were perfect, tender and tasty. All the side dishes were full of flavor and had perfect texture. The surprise dessert blew us out of the water (it was the silkiest most balanced Maracuya ice cream we ever tasted). They cleaned up so quickly and brought absolutely every single tool, rag, pan and dish they used. We had leftovers i cant wait to eat tomorrow because it was so much. Our only regret was not booking them for all nights
