I was born in Yucatán, México, Started my career at the age of 14 in the family restaurant. At the age of 19 I received a scholarship to study in Italy at ICIF (Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, Turin), then returned to México to share my experience in many kitchens in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta. Personal chef since 2015 creating the company Cooking Zone Vallarta, specialized in Private Chef and Catering services.
