I believe food can be nutritious without sacrificing flavor

I began cooking at age 15 out of necessity (sorry mom!) and loved it so much, I decided to follow my passion, which led to culinary adventure and ultimately my career. Over the years, I have honed my skills in a plethora of cuisines, amassing a rich and diverse culinary repertoire. From Jewish and Italian to Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, American, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Italian-American, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Cal-Ital cuisines. My culinary journey led me through the esteemed kitchens of Michelin-star and James Beard award-winning restaurants, where I refined his craft and elevated my culinary finesse. Currently, my culinary focus has evolved to embrace the world of nutrient-dense foods. Influenced by my partner, a holistic nutrition consultant, and inspired by the discerning palate of my 9-year-old son, I craft meals that balance nutrition with exceptional flavor.
