Originally from hidalgo, a state close to Mexico City, a lot of my flavors come from there, authentic and real mexican food. I have been living in Puerto Vallarta form 10 years, here I learned about the fish and seafood. Always learning more and more. Taking masterclass with the best chefs in Mexico. I love to travel, that give the opportunity of cooking international food.
