Mi historia comienza desde niño tenia una gran fijación por la gastronomía, mi familia lo notaba y día a día me fueron enseñando a preparar los platillos típicos de nuestra cultura Mexicana.

Curse la universidad en el Instituto Culinario de la ciudad de Puebla, México.

Una de las ciudades en Mexico con mayor cultura gastronómica donde tuve la suerte de tener a grandes maestros chefs que me enseñaran los principios básicos y técnicas para desenvolverme en una cocina profesional.

Al concluir mi carrera universitaria me mudé a Los Cabos, Baja California Sur que es donde actualmente radico donde me termine de formar como chef trabajando y colaborando con grandes Chefs internacionales en ámbito restaurantero y hotelero.

Actualmente me dedico 100% A ofrecer los mejores servicios privados en Casas Vacacionales , Villas y Airbnb.

I attended university at the Culinary Institute of the city of Puebla, Mexico.

At the end of my university career, I moved to Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, which is where I currently live and completed my training as a chef, working and collaborating with great international chefs in the restaurant and hotel field.
